The lipsticks are finally here I worked long and hard on this recipe I wanted to release the perfect lipstick. This lipstick is perfectly creamy with just the right amount of shine and stays on for a long time.
Sweet Wine is a very light wine color. It is slightly shimmery but really a nice light blush color. This is not a dark overpowering color. It is light and sweet.
Ingredients:all natural goodness and love, sweet almond oil, castor oil, coconut oil, candelillia wax, mica and oxides
The lipstick is great! It matched one of my non-vegan lipsticks perfectly (although completely unintentional) great as always.
I do prefer the Sunset Peach type of lipstick-- a more dry finish, but this is a really beautiful color. It seems to contain just a bit more gloss/tackiness to it than some of the others, and is a bit more "moisturizing" rather than matte/dry, but the color is gorgeous. It took a pretty liberal application to get the strongest coloring, and I liked that I could make it sheer/more of a tint if desired. This color would be appropriate for any occasion, and I found it very flattering (not too loud, but not unnoticeable either). The one complaint I have is that the lipstick shaft broke so it wobbles a bit when I apply it and doesn't stand straight up.
This is a nice color, great for work or going out (not too bold) and really is the shade of wine, without the purple hue. It could have a little more moisture, but a swipe of lip balm or gloss on top solves that problem. It really lasts through a cup of coffee, too.
Love this lipstick. Just right and beautiful color. Looks natural and feels great.
My daughter had purchased this same lipstick in this color and I loved it on her, so I bought my own. It looks much darker in the tube than it is when I put it on my lips. The coverage is light but, it lasts longer than most popular brands and looks very natural.
