My Favorite Matte for BLUE EYES

Posted by Rachel Thomas on 1st Nov 2017

This makes my blue eyes POP! Must have for those baby blues!! I love this for days when I don't want as much sparkle as a shimmer eyeshadow but still want some color on my lids! The stay power of these eyeshadows are amazing!! I used to use urban decay and it would fade by the end of the day and crease--not with these!! The color is so pigmented and lasts all day!!

    AWESOME!

So my heart was broken when I loved this Kat Von D shade called Wrath but I'm very allergic to her products for some reason. I seriously had to go to my dermatologist to fix my lids. Ever since, I have been hunting for a vegan/gentle dark orangey brown shade and finally stumbled upon this! It's nice and opaque, not irritating, and has good staying power with both TANF and Urban Decay shadow primers. I like to run over it with a shimmer like Coral or Tiger Lily too :)

    Great shade!

So hard to find a good dark/burnt orange shade! I loved KDV's Wrath but had a reaction to it so bad it sent me to the dermatologist. This is the closest I have seen in any line. I'm pale with golden undertones and it's very flattering!

    Pumpkin Patch

I love colors that compliment my beautiful brown complexion, so when I came across this I couldn't resist giving it a try. I notice when I wet my brush and then add the shadow the color really pops. This is a nice warm color for summer & fall. When I want a clean natural look I go with this and a little of the warm satin bronzer and some gloss and I'm done. I think it'll look great on all complexions!
